The restaurant of the Helios is taking part in the 2012 "printemps des saveurs"
The new chef Serge SIGNORELLI offers refined cuisine with the accent on seasonal products.
He obviously proposes Provencal recipes and fish dishes, but he is further nosy to the influence of other culinary traditions.
You can enjoy your meal on the terrace or in the air-conditionned room, the dishes are attended with local wines neatly selected.
The breakfasts as a buffet include fruit juices, pastries, fruit salads, yoghurts, various cereals, eggs and a wide selection of cheeses and deli meats.
Lunch and dinner are usually arranged as copious buffets.
Plenty of theme evenings are also organised.
