RESERVATION : down payment of minimum 30% deposit of purchase total.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE : 28 days before the start of the stay.
CANCELLATION : more than 45 days before the planned arrival: a fixed reservation fee of €30 is charged. Between 28 and 45 days: the deposit is forfeited. Between 28 and 15 days: 50% of the rental is withheld. Less than 15 days in advance, the whole sum paid is withheld.
INSURANCE : no insurance is included in our rates. Your travel agent or your insurer can suggest various contracts. No indemnity or compensation is due to persons who arrive later than the date planned or who leave before the planned date of departure. All disputes shall be referred to the Toulon Trade Tribunal.
ATTENTION : the rates published in this brochure do not include the occupancy tax, or the boat trip on the Embiez line.
